Vote for Facing History and Ourselves, March for Our Lives and National Abortion Hotline this September

Every month, CREDO members vote to distribute our monthly grant to three incredible progressive causes – and every vote makes a difference. This September, you can support civil rights, gun violence prevention and abortion rights by voting to fund Facing History and Ourselves, March for Our Lives and the National Abortion Hotline.

 Facing History and Ourselves

Facing History provides training, teaching strategies, and classroom resources that help teachers engage young people in connecting factual history—in all its depth and complexity—with their own lives and identities.

Your support helps educators across the country nurture students’ analytical skills, empathy, academic engagement, and civic agency—even amidst efforts to restrict teaching about race, identity, and other vital aspects of American history and life.

March for Our Lives

Born out of a tragic school shooting, March For Our Lives is a courageous youth-led movement dedicated to promoting civic engagement, education, and direct action by youth to eliminate the epidemic of gun violence.

Funding from CREDO members will help March For Our Lives advocate for lifesaving laws at the federal, state, and local levels; advance legal strategies through judicial advocacy in the courts; and turnout young voters in record numbers, just like the organization did in 2018 and 2020.

National Abortion Hotline 

The National Abortion Hotline is the largest national, toll-free, multi-lingual abortion access hotline and patient assistance fund in the U.S. Every day, the organization helps people access abortion care. If you are facing an unwanted pregnancy, it’s your call. 

Funding from CREDO members will support the Dr. Tiller Patient Assistance Fund at the National Abortion Hotline, which covers travel and other practical support expenses for people seeking abortion care. 100% of the funds raised will help patients in need.

Your vote this month will determine how we divide our monthly donations among these three progressive groups. Be sure to cast your vote to support one, two or all three by September 30.
