Big Telecom sues over net neutrality
We scored a huge victory over Big Telecom companies like AT&T, Comcast and Verizon when the Federal Communications Commission announced plans to enact strong rules to protect net neutrality under Title II. But now, AT&T is challenging the FCC’s decision in court. CREDO is intervening in the lawsuit on the other side—to defend the FCC’s tough new rules.
At CREDO we’ve been fighting to save the Internet for a decade, and in the last year alone, we mobilized over 300,000 activists to defend a free and open Internet. We’re proud to have provided nearly $300,000 in donations to groups leading the fight to save the Internet like Demand Progress, Free Press and ColorOfChange.
